At Lit Things Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive with around 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be capable of implementing effective marketing strategies to drive client success.

• Campaign Management: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for client growth.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media accounts and create content tailored to each platform.
• Brand Management: Support the development and maintenance of client brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
