Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our world-class healthcare services and building strong relationships with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and digital advertising
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Koshys Hospital's healthcare services
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audience and analyze competitors
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for marketing materials
- Manage and update the hospital's website and social media channels
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as referring physicians and healthcare organizations
- Organize and participate in healthcare events, conferences, and seminars
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion
