Job Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team at Blitz Academy. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational institution. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong creativity and communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience in content development for digital marketing
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Blitz Academy's courses and programs
- Travel and organize promotional events in Colleges, Institutions, and Public places like Malls and other Organizations for Lead Generation.
- Focus on Lead Generation is a must and mandatory.
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry news and competitors activities to ensure Blitz Academy's marketing strategies are competitive
- Assist in organizing events and seminars to promote Blitz Academy's brand and increase awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and results to the management team
