Job Description
1. Being able to connect with main events managers in the region like fashion shows, exhibitions and the ability to organize, plan and execute events with OPM.
2. Customer calling Feedback/Information/Low performing stores.
3. Brand meet and tie-ups.
4. Organize the front desk at RO.
5. Digital knowledge.
6. Tracks & handles complaints/reviews.
7. Monitors and analyze competitors activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
8. Travels to meet clients within city.
9. Ability to measure campaigns success rate

2. Able to connect with target customer
3. Understand the market. In depth knowhow about the market, he/she is operating in not only geographical but people behavior and customers.
4. Has1-2 years of experience in events and marketing.
Other
1. Contribute to the marketing strategy of the company
2. Participate in weekly marketing skype meetings with MMR, NCR, Bang.
3. Contribute to the overall execution
4. Ability to work with dual reporting: RM and head of marketing
5. Ability to plan and share agenda with OPM and marketing
