Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting property sales through targeted marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team to meet or exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage quarterly sales and marketing operations in residential real estate services, establishing marketing plans to increase sales and exceed objectives.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
- Assist in maintaining and managing the customer database to ensure efficient communication and follow-ups.
- Manage and lead a team, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales goals.
- Establish and grow a customer base through direct and indirect sales efforts, securing business from organizations, associations, and corporate companies.
- Develop and maintain connections with key builders to generate group and/or convention business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive lead generation.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry and strong analytical skills.
