Role & Responsibility:
- Experienced with handling Marketing in Automation and should have good knowledge ofControl Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panel)or Process instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature) or sensors.
- Lead/enquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure.
- Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifies. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved.
- Adherence to sales and marketing processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
- Driving business through Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) Consultants.
- Good understanding of Business processes and Sales & Marketing Processes.
- Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry
- It should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership.
- It should taking care of your personal targets & your Team targets.
- Willing to travel and handle outside clients.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- 1+ years of experience in Automation sales and marketing .
- Presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Self-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Technical knowledge about automation products, Control Panels, electrical components,
- Proficiency in relevant software, hardware, and technical tools related to the products or services offered by the company.
- Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
