Choose the best place for your work -Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the development and orchestration of SLS (Specialty Lab Solutions) high standard marketing processes (e.g., marketing plan, product launches and End-of-Service)
• You will coordinate the SLS event presences and execution
• You will harmonize SLS / commercial feedback mechanisms in alignment in Laboratory Diagnostics
• You will develop and synchronize marketing campaigns and tactics, e.g. segmentation, positioning)
• You will orchestrate customer collaboration, e.g. reference site programs
• You will create and standardize high impact marketing processes
• You will facilitate the sharing of insights and best practices

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a university degree in Marketing or Business Management
• You have many years of experience as a Marketing professional, ideally in the Diagnostics industry
• You have several years experience in developing and turning marketing strategies and tactics into measurable results
• You possess the proven capability to structure and implement processes towards achievement of goals

Your attributes and skills:

• You have business fluent English language skills
• You are convincing with demonstrated ability to achieve goals in complex environments
• You possess the demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and motivating people from diverse backgrounds
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You possess a resilient personality with a positive and open mindset
