As the Marketing Director at Omniskope, you will lead our marketing efforts to showcase our expertise, highlight our customer-centric approach, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with our Salesforce team to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audience, demonstrate our capabilities, and position us as the go-to partner for Salesforce solutions. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, expanding our market presence, and driving demand for our Salesforce services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to develop marketing initiatives that highlight our expertise, showcase customer success stories, and promote our Salesforce services.
- Define and amplify Omniskope's brand as a trusted Salesforce technology partner, leveraging our expertise and track record to differentiate us in the market.
- Develop marketing campaigns that emphasize our customer-centric approach, showcasing the value we deliver and the impact we make on our clients digital transformation journeys.
- Establish Omniskope as a thought leader in Salesforce solutions through content marketing, speaking engagements, and industry events, driving awareness and engagement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Drive demand for our Salesforce services through targeted lead-generation campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital marketing channels, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and sales tools to support the sales team in effectively communicating our value proposition and closing deals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the Information technology or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and impact.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience marketing Salesforce solutions or services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
