We are seeking a Marketing & Data Segment Specialist with expertise in IT recruitment and data-driven marketing. The role will focus on leveraging the internal candidate database, segmenting it effectively, and driving engagement through targeted marketing campaigns across various tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
- Utilize the internal candidate database to analyze and segment IT talent pools, identifying opportunities for targeted recruitment campaigns.
Data Segmentation & Targeting:
- Segment internal candidates based on skills, experience, and industry demand to engage relevant companies and hiring managers.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
- Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to promote targeted candidates to companies, optimizing based on performance.
Tech Platform Engagement:
- Leverage marketing and recruitment tech platforms to enhance engagement, ensuring optimal reach and effectiveness across channels.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Exposure and interest in social plus marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of candidate databases and data analysis (familiarity with ATS/CRM systems).
- Data mining and reporting plus some experience in research.
- Proven success in executing multiple recruitment events and SLA driven programs.
