Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure marketing executives achieve Sales targets through Daily sales Report verification.
- Identify variation and update on groupPlan outstation tours in order to build relationships with customer, and update customers about the latest product development, offers, accounts statements, and statutory formalities.
- Collect Customer feedback forms from Marketing executives and ensure details of same are entered and updated in standard format in Excel file and analysis to be presented in MRM.
- Resolve marketing executive queries.
- Suggestion Meetings with Management, along with the new value-added suggestions for improvement.
