Requirements
Key Task:
Once the marketing calendar is prepared -plan with themanagement team and effectively execute in all the stores with the help ofASM.(Seasonal decor if required )
Keep constant touch with the mall marketing team and try toparticipate in events
which can increase the footfall in stores ( Discountvouchers, Gift coupons ETC ) Help the retail team to get things done bycommunicating with the media team ( Weekly meetings with ASMs)
Evaluate the efficacy of marketing activities done by thestore manager and ASM ( This need to be discussed)
Create and discuss Marketing report with Board of directorsbi-weekly.
Expertise and Skills
Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
