Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business goals, such as driving
customer signups and acquiring new clients.
Manage subscriber lists and segment them effectively, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date
information.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide
actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email design, copy, and strategy for maximum engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate and improve email
marketing efforts.
Ensure all email campaigns comply with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and
GDPR.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing templates using Canva or other
design tools.
Set up and maintain automated email workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the
customer journey.
Stay current with the latest email marketing software and recommend tools or upgrades as
needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and managing email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and email automation tools.
Experience with email marketing analytics and reporting.
Proficient in Canva or similar tools for creating email templates and visuals.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging, conversion-focused email content.
Knowledge of email compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Experience with CRM integration for seamless email marketing and customer management.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
