Responsibilities:- Marketing Review Meetings:
- Schedule and facilitate regular marketing review meetings with management.
- Document business requirements from these meetings and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Ensure that campaigns are tailored to meet the unique needs of the target audience.
- Task Delegation & Supervision:
- Assign marketing tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordination with Agencies & Freelancers:
- Identify and liaise with marketing agencies and freelancers for content creation.
- Oversee the development of region-specific content across all South Indian states to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
- Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employer branding, both internally and externally.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to promote the company as a top employer in the region.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to management on a fortnightly basis.
- Reports should include insights on marketing efforts, results, and future plans.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with South Indian markets and regional content requirements is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing agencies and freelancers.
- Understanding of business branding and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to analyse marketing data and create insightful reports.
