We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in executing and managing our marketing campaigns, social media presence, events, digital marketing efforts, and various projects. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Management:- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong community.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and promotional materials.- Manage event-related communications and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Digital Marketing:- Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
Assist in the creation and optimization of digital content, such as blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management, social media, events, and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
