Responsibilities:
Manage specialist teams responsible for local SEO and digital advertising campaigns to enhance local visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Oversee the creation and execution of ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and budget guidelines.
Direct social media strategy and ensure engaging, brand-aligned content is delivered consistently across all channels.
Supervise the production of high-quality visual content, including graphics and videos, to support comprehensive marketing initiatives.
Analyse marketing data to assess performance and optimise strategies based on insights.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals.
Utilise understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys to guide strategy development and implementation.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership and execution experience in managing teams focused on SEO, digital advertising, and social media.
Strong capabilities in content, graphic design and video production management.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools especially Google Analytics, Google search console, Looker studio
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and departments.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer value journeys.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Assignment:
We are a UK based startup helping people make informed decisions on choice of MRI centres. We help them get MRI scans even without GP (Doctor's prescription) referral , since we have our empanelled GPs. The obvious way to market to this audience looking for MRI scan is getting them when they are looking for MRI scan centres near me. However, that is the bottom of funnel strategy. On Contrary Top of funnel might not make sense to the audience since MRI isn't something they are looking to get educated on - given its just a diagnostic tool.
Keeping the above premise in mind: Define a GTM strategy outlining the following:
Channels you'll choose and why
What approach will you take for each channel i.e which part of funnel will you address
KPIs you will track
What optimisations strategies will you use if things aren't not working.The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
