Marketing Content Writer Strategist Designer

We are looking for help in marketing, graphic design, social media strategy and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing and content strategy across as many social media platforms and marketing channels as possible
• Define a strong brand voice that expresses our USP well
• Create content to continually engage audiences
• Design emotive and on-point social media content that engages our demographics

You do not need to know everything about marketing, but you should be open to feedback and willing to sharpen your acumen and knowledge in leveraging all platforms for the purpose of generating leads.

You are not expected to deliver and execute a perfect marketing strategy, but you should be willing to take responsibility for and adjust the content strategy accordingly if it does not bear fruit.

You will be compensated hourly or by retainer, which will be discussed in the interview. As the company is growing healthily, there are possibilities of conversion into a full-time role and taking on other responsibilities, depending on your interest.

We like people who:

• Have an interest in long-term brand building
• Can communicate well and within a reasonable time frame on Whatsapp. If you take 24 hours to reply a message, this isn't for you
• Are open to feedback and willing to experiment with fresh ideas
• Are willing to head down to the studio to communicate with stakeholders. We don't boss you about when you need to work from the office, but you should do what you need to get your job done without us micromanaging you
• Are pro-active about delivering results - leads and sales
• Have an interest in service excellence and retail brands

Having graphic design, photography and videography skills are a bonus. Our current priority is good ideas and the wherewithal to execute them well.
