Content & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging brochures, flyers, and posters that highlight our programs, therapies, and services.
- Create kid-friendly materials like - welcome kits and activity boxes to make children feel excited about joining the center.
- Work on website content and blog posts focusing on parenting, special education, and child development topics.
- Produce educational videos, virtual tours, and testimonial clips for promoting iThrive Centre.
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and program launch announcements to keep families informed and engaged.
- Develop educational booklets and resources on neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and more.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging and clear storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools.
- A passion for working with content that supports children with special needs and their families is a big plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
