The role is with our leading Fortune 500 client. We are looking for a suitable candidate with
prior relevant experience In Brand and Digital Communications having worked with
technology companies or India development centers of leading global organizations.
Responsibilities :
The candidate will be a custodian of the brand and all Its properties Internally and externally
The candidate needs to have an expert understanding of brand and design systems
Consult with internal stakeholders, global teams and partner agencies to align on
policies, guidelines and key messaging
Guide internal and external stakeholders on brand guidelines
Collaborate effectively with the events team to deliver event communication and
branding deliverables on time
The role also entails managing a design resource
The candidate will work with the client Digital marketing lead and support In
Create the social media roadmap for the year in collaboration with key stakeholders and
agency partners, arriving at a clear and concise digital strategy
Understand requirements of individual business stakeholders to design and implement
targeted communication strategies for social
Plan social media campaigns and activities quarter-on-quarter to ensure high
engagement on our digital channels

Education / Experience/ Key skills:
4-6 years of experience in Digital Communications, Design and/or Corporate
Communications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications/ MBA or a related field from an
accredited university
Strong consultancy and negotiation skills
Relevant experience of enhancing brand reputation of a technology or product company
Strong understanding of campaign and stakeholder requirements, industry trends, brand
impact and communication metrics
Ability to analyze and define a strategy for various communication initiatives to drive
awareness, engagement, adoption and recall
Excellent project management and team management skills
Process oriented. Should be able to adapt and work in a rapidly evolving tech
environment
Excellent content development skills with the ability to understand and connect with the
target audience
Prior experience in Digital/External Communications and Branding preferably with
technology companies
Broad knowledge of Internal Communications will be an advantage
Prior experience of working with a Creative/brand/Marketing agency will be helpful
