Job Description

  • Experience in leading digital marketing initiatives with soundknowledge of Inbound and Outbound marketing.
  • Experience in creating andexecuting marketing plans.
  • Knowledge and Experience of Digital marketing for Enterprise IT services and products.
  • Proficiency in online demand generation strategies, executing the marketing campaigns and aligning marketing initiatives closely with the business.
  • Ability to design marketing campaigns, execute inbound and outbound campaigns and report various KPIs to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Understanding the end-to-end life-cycle funnel and attribution metrics to shape marketing and messaging.
  • Make continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights.
  • Conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Should be able to lead a team of marketers under him. Possess experience working for North America | Europe market.
  • Account Based Marketing, support for buying cycle and overall marketing ROI.
  • Increasing brand awareness by developing and iterating on customer segmentation and designing innovative marketing tactics.
  • Defining event calendar for the marketing campaigns same with all traffic channels like Emails, Social Media, Display/Text Ads, and online campaigns.
  • Developing long-term social media strategy, achievable and scalable plans for social channels, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets e.g. collaterals (presentations, whitepapers, newsletters etc.), websites, webinars etc.
  • Building content and communicating with internal/external stakeholders in support of tools, services, best practices for social media marketing and capture resulting metrics.
  • Identifying SEO optimization opportunities such as creation of new nodes, content optimization and back linking to increase Free Search Traffic for the company.
  • Building events and PR stories calendar in coordination with PR Agencies.
  • Partnering with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and executing projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers.

DesiredCandidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services.
  • Must have experience working for USA Market
  • Marketing team magnet with hands-on experience across a gamut of marketing activities like Marketing Budgeting, Brand marketing etc.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering lifecycle programs, identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving those KPIs.
  • Stellar problem solving and issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
