The candidate must have proven experience managing communications programs in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He/ She will collaborate across the business to develop communications plans for earned and owned content, develop processes & best practices, manage issues, provide counsel, and execute tactics in strategic communications situations.
The right candidate possesses extensive media relations and social media experience. Understands the nuances of print and online industries. Should have prior experience in writing and disseminating news releases and customer/partner success stories as also with issues management and crisis communications and can lead communications strategy at events. The Communications Manager works closely with matrixed regional and global PR, marketing, Public Policy and AR teams to develop messaging, PR strategies and plans.

This role is based in Faridabad (Haryana, India) which is also the HQ for Tyrone Systems, India and Gurugram (Haryana, India) and will require domestic and international travel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing communications strategies for Tyrone through a sustained, strategic, program that supports local business growth.
Innovate launch processes for services and features locally, in alignment with a dynamic, pioneering cloud business, with a focus on breadth and impact.
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events and participate in exhibitions.
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, and tactics.
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
Coordinate all public relations and marketing activities.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO/ management.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
An MBA in marketing is essential, coupled with journalism would be preferred; especially with experience managing marketing communications in an IT or IT-led organization.
Min 3-4 years Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print).
Background in researching, writing, and editing content.
Experience in coordinating with Ad agencies, PR agencies, Outdoor agencies, and Online agencies in creating, designing, and distributing marketing collaterals across to relevant audience sets.
Experience in creating annual marketing plans keeping all audience segments in mind (Channel partners, Enterprise Audience, Suppliers)
Strong communication ability (oral and written)
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
