Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to
promote learning and development programs and initiatives.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters,
social media posts, videos, and infographics, to communicate key
messages and highlight the value of learning opportunities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to
gather information and insights to power the marketing campaigns
and content development.
Manage the learning and development website and social media
channels, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
engagement and analytics.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures,
flyers, posters, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and
messaging alignment.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to promote
learning initiatives and engage employees.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and
communication efforts, including website traffic, social media
engagement, email open rates, and participation rates in learning
programs.
Provide regular updates and reports on marketing and
communication metrics and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and technologies,
and incorporate new ideas and innovations into marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including vendors,
agencies, and industry organizations, to enhance marketing and
communication efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a
related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and a
proven track record of developing and implementing marketing
strategies and campaigns.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear,
concise, and engaging content for various channels and audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content
management systems (CMS), email marketing software, social media
management tools, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking, problem solving, project management,
communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and self-development, to stay current on industry
trends and best practices.
