Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing communication manager who will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and analyze competitor activities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, sales collateral, and other resources to help them achieve their targets.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities, such as product launches, trade shows, and networking events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals to pitch products/services to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
