The organization utilizes patented upcycling technology to convert trash into fashion accessories, offering eco-conscious and socially responsible products to its customers. Conserve India also runs educations programs for schools and colleges for children and youth interested in learning more about sustainability and entrepreneurship in Circular Economy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Communication Manager at Conserve India. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to effectively communicate the organization's people and planet positive initiatives across Livelihoods and Skills, Education and Research and Innovation. The Manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, creating marketing material, organizing events, and communicating the brand's values effectively.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Communication, and Brand Management skills
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Ability to work on AI tools, Canva, Excel, Powerpoint and thorough understanding of social media platforms
• Event planning and public relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pitch ongoing initiatives to relevant stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
