Responsibilities
Ensuring the brand guidelines are met for each collateral and communication published
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet the deadlines and task management accordingly.
Frequent site visits for site inspection and thorough checks of the site hygiene and customer visit experience are being maintained in line with the brand.
Weekly meeting with Sales managers at each site to understand the marketing or lead support required at each site
To be one point of contact with all the sales managers across the projects in terms of understanding the challenges and further execution of the marketing strategy
Co-ordinating and briefing the internal team (Creative/Digital team) to get the right set of content as required by the brand/project
Follow-up with various agencies & vendors to ensure the marketing activity calendar is executed as per deadlines for each project
Maintain a daily reporting structure regarding leads generated and be aware of AB testing to manage the marketing activities effectively.
Effectively manage the ERP in terms of campaigns and track the lead flow
Prepare and monitor marketing budgets on a quarterly and annual basis and accordingly devise a media plan for the communication deployment.
Preparing Weekly and monthly MIS reports and sharing them with HODs for forecasting the performance at each site
Coordinate with vendors for production and execution of the marketing materials and to see the deadlines are met for the task assigned
Coordinate with your HOD regarding strategies and deploy successful campaigns from ideation to execution.
