Men Rocks Pvt Ltd, a leading garment manufacturing company specializing in men's, women's, and children's wear, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and expanding our brand presence by signing up with Large Format Stores (LFS), Franchisees, and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). Key responsibilities include identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively managing orders from signed-up LFSs, EBOs, and Franchisees, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development and sales within the garment industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
