What you ll be doing
The management and control of the marketing function of Indian Market Maker including Branding, Event, Digital Channel Management, Influence Marketing, and social media of the Company, in aiming to support the local team and achieving the business goal.
What you ll do
Report to the Country Manager and manage marketing teams
Establish the marketing team structure and lead the team to achieve goals and project milestones
Plan and develop lead acquisition campaigns, achieve lead quantity, and lead quality target
Develop a go-to-market plan for potential new markets
Develop a retention marketing strategy and plan to increase repeat customers
Manage the branding marketing for local and regional marketing activities including promotions, online marketing, CRM, and events
Develop digital marketing strategy including SEO / SEM, database, and social media.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel and optimize the results.
Conduct market research and identify trends and insights into new technology and market
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Utilize CRM system to evaluate customers data and evaluate current and potential customers activities.
Research and analyze market trends, adjust business strategy to adapt
Marketing forecasting and budgets, setting and achieving targets
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or above in Marketing, PR, Communication
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in the finance industry
Experience gained from the CFD FX industry would be an advantage
In-depth knowledge of FX industry, market trends, and customer behaviour
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong analytical skills and detail-minded
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
