The Position: Marketing & BizOps Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement website iterations to enhance the front-end user experience, utilizing CMS platforms.
- Manage product listings on the website and update prices and images as necessary.
- Monitor website insights closely, including ROI, sales metrics, and drop-off rates.
- Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPM, CTRs, ROAS, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Identify modules and strategies to facilitate website growth and stay updated on emerging trends.
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret market trends and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Execute influencer marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution.
- Manage social media pages to engage with the audience and drive brand awareness.
