Here's What You'll Do
- Build, implement, and manage automated workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement, utilizing
- necessary marketing/sales content
- Develop, manage, and optimize prospect and segmentation lists in Salesforce Account Engagement,
- ensuring proper lifecycle and marketing attribution
- Build account engagement forms for gated content, ensuring accurate form fields and data collection
- Manage and optimize automation and scoring rules in Salesforce Account Engagement, ensuring proper
- lifecycle stage triggers and sales handoffs
- Ensure accurate lead, contact, and prospect records in Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement,
- with proper campaign attribution, activity, scores, and lifecycles
- Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot sales and marketing dashboards in Salesforce Analytics Studio,
- ensuring data quality, campaign attribution, and pipeline revenue metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external salesforce specialists to perform salesforce health checks, build
- new integrations, streamline functions and transition lead or contact objects to support sales enablement
- Build integrations between third-party PPC platforms and Salesforce, ensuring real-time lead conversions
- and sales handoffs from multimedia marketing campaigns
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Account Engagement, with expertise in building and managing automated workflows
- A strong understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- The ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing automation strategies
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and a knack for maintaining clean and accurate data
- The ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- A willingness to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other departments
