The Marketing Automation Specialist(Marketo) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies using Marketo. This role involves managing complex campaigns, optimizing lead generation and nurturing processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive marketing performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, design campaigns, map customer data, and develop and deploy campaign solutions.
- The development, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, templates and lead nurturing workflows.
- Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Develop, test, and document platform integrations and data transformations for Adobe Marketo projects.
- Integrate systems into Marketo for marketing automation, activity tracking, and other capabilities.
- Assist in the integration of Marketo with CRM systems
- This role involves working closely with the marketing team to implement automated workflows, manage data, and analyze campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with Marketo (Marketing Activities, Database Studio, RCE, and Design Studio).
- Experience in at least 3-4 full lifecycle campaign management projects with Marketo and other digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of marketing cloud data architecture models.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying Adobe Marketo solutions for enterprise global projects.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo integration with third-party platforms (Native and API integrations).
- Strong understanding of program optimization techniques, including A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.
- Ability to create and implement lead routing and lifecycle management processes using Marketo.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Marketo platform.
- Familiarity with Marketo's advanced features, such as progressive profiling, dynamic form fields, and triggered campaigns.
