A Marketing Automation & Communication Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve lead generation, and streamline marketing communications. Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and Execute Automation Strategies:
- Design and manage marketing automation workflows.

2.Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communications.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and make informed decisions.
- Create dashboards and reports for senior management.
4.Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for marketing projects.
5.Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms.
- Ensure that content is optimized for SEO and other performance metrics.
- Develop targeted messaging for different customer segments.
6.Customer Journey Mapping:

- Personalize communications based on customer behaviour and preferences.
