Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer outreach.

Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Event Support: Provide logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, and promotions as needed.

Team Coordination - Maintain smooth workflow and tracking of all work being done by various freelancers for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
• Should be familiar with Shopify.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), Whats App marketing and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
