Marketing Associate for yoga school

We seek a creative, agile, and focused individual who can bring innovative ideas to our marketing initiatives and help us make traditional yoga accessible to the world.

Join our dedicated team at Bharat Yogavidya Kendra, a yoga school dedicated to sharing traditional wisdom of yoga, as a Marketing Associate. In this role, you will support our marketing initiatives, promote our yoga and wellness programs, and engage with our community. Your understanding and passion for yoga and wellness will be crucial in authentically representing our values and mission.

• Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our TG/community.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging text, graphic and video content for social media, email newsletters, and our website, highlighting the benefits of yoga and our unique programs. (canva/adobe proficiency must)
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, running targeting ads and promotions
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future activities and enhance engagement.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting workshops, webinars, and other events that align with our mission of promoting holistic wellness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admin team, yoga instructors, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not compulsory).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in the yoga or wellness industry.

Skills: proficiency in social media platforms and latest trends, ability to research and write content, create designs and edit reels/shorts, basic knowledge of SEO, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Attributes: A creative mind, attention to detail, agility in a fast-paced environment, and an unwavering passion for yoga and wellness.

• Work Environment: Remote work with flexible timings, requiring availability from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Travel: Occasional visits to the HQ, about once a year.
