MALES ONLY- Sales Representative responsibilities and duties
Generated leads through cold calling, networking and advertising
Coordinate with Factory for customer order material ready status
Coordinate with Logistics Department for customer order dispatch status.
Coordinate with Accounts Department for customer advance payment
Follow-up with customer for outstanding payment status
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, marketing seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Maintained customer database in ERP.
Answered client question about credit term,products,prices and stock availability
Need to attend client meeting at office or customer place to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Achieving High sales targets and goals.
Ensuring quotations are submitted to clients on time, negotiate contracts.
Ensuring successful and timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Developing of new business and identifying areas of improvement for existing clients to meet sales quotas in addition to identifying new clients
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to Director
Excellent communication skills presentation skills and ability to demonstrate the use of company's products and services to potential clients.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and ERP (e.g. CRM)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
Strong organization, planning and administrative skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
High level of integrity and is trustworthiness
Bachelor's degree preferred
