Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Marketing Assistant Intern at BlackGarden Technologies. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will be involved in various marketing activities, including conducting market research, assisting with social media management, supporting the creation of marketing materials, and analyzing campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the marketing field and contribute to the growth of our company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in developing and updating training materials and course content.Collaborate with the team to create engaging and interactive content for online delivery.Maintain and manage IT infrastructure used for training, including software updates and security measures.Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote training programs.Manage social media accounts, post updates, and engage with followers to build a community.Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.Assist in onboarding new participants, including sending welcome emails and providing necessary information.Coordinate with the finance team to manage participant payments and commission-based earnings.Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.Adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes as required.Show initiative in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming projects.Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and support each other's tasks.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.No prior experience in marketing is required.
