Job Summary:
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Solar field to support our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and contribute to campaign development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain social media presence (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
Collaborate on content creation (blog posts, email newsletters, press releases)
Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement
Coordinate event planning, trade shows, and product launches
Maintain marketing materials, databases, and CRM systems
Support sales team with lead generation and follow-up
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market research
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
1-2 years of marketing experience
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, social media, and analytics tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
