Position Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Propques, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of sales and marketing. You will support our team in various tasks, including database management, email communications, scheduling, and automating repetitive tasks to enhance our productivity and reach.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management:
- Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential leads, clients, and contacts using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and update records as needed.
Email Communication
- Help draft and send email campaigns to target audiences.
- Schedule and manage email communications for marketing initiatives
Scheduling
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales and marketing team members.
- Coordinate with team members and external contacts to ensure efficient scheduling.
Task Automation
- Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks within the sales and marketing processes.
- Collaborate with the team to implement software solutions for automation
Profile Creation
- Create and update profiles of clients and leads in the database, including relevant information and communication history.
- Ensure profiles are well-organized and accessible for the team.
General Support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including document organization, filing, and other tasks.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adopting new technologies and tools.
- Previous experience with sales and marketing software is a plus.
