SCOPE: As Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into customers. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that exceed their expectations, while executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand awareness This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceeding goals.
Location: Mumbai (Covering Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat)
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, client meetings, trade shows, seminars, networking, referrals).
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs and challenges.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads ready for conversion.
2. Sales Cycle Management
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our product and services.
- Overcome objections and negotiate deals to win profitable contracts.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Manage and update CRM system to track sales progress and opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address their concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Following an associated process strictly and persistently.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on sales performance against individual and team targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies
5. Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and analyse competitor activity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, PR).
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance, measuring ROI and making data-driven adjustments.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing them to improve effectiveness
6. Others
- Extensive traveling to Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat region
- Assist with trade shows, seminars, webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualification: Bachelor of Management Studies / MBA - Major in Sales and Marketing
