Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated PR & Marketing associate to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals seeking permanent full-time employment. As a PR & Marketing Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of event planning, marketing projects, and client relations, contributing to the successful execution of our campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the PR & Marketing team.

2. Support the planning and execution of events, including project management and serving on the events committee.

3. Assist in marketing and sponsorship projects, contributing creative ideas and strategies.

4. Evaluate and propose venues for future events, ensuring optimal selection based on client needs.

5. Liaise with vendors to secure quality, cost-effective solutions within the budget.

6. Oversee vendor management, venue coordination, and event logistics.

7. Ensure smooth execution of events by maintaining high standards of production and adhering to deadlines.

8. Provide feedback and post-event analysis to senior staff.

9. Manage inventory, ensuring the timely return of purchased and rented items.

10. Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

1. Full-time availability, with a commitment to the morning shift.

2. Relevant skills and interests in PR, marketing, and event management.

3. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
