We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Exhibition Manager to lead our marketing strategies and oversee the planning, execution, and management of exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement, and event logistics. This role is essential to amplifying our brand, expanding our reach, and delivering memorable experiences for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions and events from concept to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, staffing, and on-site logistics.
Work closely with design and production teams to create visually compelling and engaging exhibition spaces that reflect brand identity.
Develop strategies to maximize visitor engagement, increase attendance, and drive brand awareness at exhibitions and events.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead generation and tracking at events.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support events and exhibitions, driving engagement and promoting the brand across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to refine marketing strategies.
Analyze event and campaign performance data to optimize future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Identify and build partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance the impact of exhibitions and events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create co-branded activations and promotional opportunities that align with brand objectives.
Manage event and marketing budgets, ensuring all activities align with financial targets and deliver maximum value.
Prepare detailed post-event reports to evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and support continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or exhibition management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems; experience with design software is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
