We're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing and Content Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You'll play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through strategic campaign planning and execution.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.). Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Content Creation & Management: Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts. Write and edit compelling marketing copy for websites, social media, emails, and other channels.
Creative Content Production:
Produce creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with the brand's voice and messaging.Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.Website Management: Manage the company's website, ensuring it's up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Video Content Coordination: Coordinate video editing needs, either in-house or through outsourcing, to create high-quality video content for marketing and social media.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with website content management systems and basic design tools is a plus
