The Marketing and Communication Manager at our International Curriculum School plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the schools brand and offerings globally.
This individual will oversee the creation of compelling content, manage digital media platforms, and ensure effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase enrollment from international students
Create and oversee the production of engaging content for various channels
Manage the schools online presence through website, social media, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with admissions teams to drive marketing efforts for student recruitment
Oversee the design and production of promotional materials and publications
Analyze market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies
Lead and mentor the marketing and communication team
Establish and maintain relationships with international media and influencers
Coordinate events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on marketing activities
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote academic achievements and activities
Develop crisis communication plans and handle public relations matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in international school marketing or a similar educational setting
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and international student recruitment
Excellent writing and editing skills with an emphasis on storytelling
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making
