Job Summary:
As the Marketing Analyst based in Delhi, your role is crucial in bolstering the company's brand presence, managing and coordinating updates within the online space, and promoting its services within several markets. You will craft and implement tailored marketing campaigns (online & In-Person), leveraging both digital and traditional channels to engage with the target audience effectively and professionally. Creating and designing professional and compelling content across various platforms, managing social media, creating write-ups for newsletters and announcements directed towards clients/candidates, reviewing marketing ad statistics, and organizing marketing events will be key components of your responsibilities. In essence, you'll play a central role in shaping Mapped's marketing efforts, fostering meaningful connections with clients and candidates, and driving the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Analyse, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Mapped's services and increase brand awareness across multiple markets.
Create and design engaging content for digital and offline channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials (newsletter).
Coordinate and execute online and in-person marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and networking events, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Track and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
Multi-task and react efficiently to delegated tasks both within the online and office space. (Quick thinker & Processor)
Requirements:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Marketing Analyst/Executive or similar marketing role, preferably in a professional services environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook etc.) and graphic design such as Canva and Adobe Design.
Effective events management and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and measure their impact.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
