The Marketing Analyst & Program Manager will be responsible for the following key tasks
- Analyzing Sales Funnels and Customer Intent for multiple products and business verticals
- Reporting on Marketing KPIs arising out of off line and on line initiatives such as leads, conversion rates, event outcomes, social media engagement
- Budget Management and tracking marketing costs, ROIs and ROEs and budget distribution, design governance models
- Conduct competitive research, analyze benchmarking data and market opportunities and gather market intelligence
- Design and implement market & consumer surveys.
- Develop program assessment protocols for marketing initiatives for evaluation & continuous improvement, analyzing risks.
- Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to monitor scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and execution deadlines
- Database management & analysis
- Prepare presentations and marketing reports for various marketing initiatives & campaigns
- Managing communications, project updates, and knowledge shares with all stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or marketing
- 4+ years of experience working as a marketing analyst or equivalent and carrying out the tasks as defined in the job purpose.
- Possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Good knowledge of analytical software such as SAS, SPSS, Google Analytics, WINDBS, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Office, Survey Tools and CRM programs
- Excellent organizational skills, Time Management and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understandable language
