- Experience in Market research 1 to 3 years.
- Bachelors / Masters in Relevant Engineering Disciplines.
- MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing/International Business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills.
- LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Research related tools.
Responsibilities:
- The role demands an understanding of the product engineering space, CSG services lines, verticals, customers, and competition.
- Candidates preferred from engineering services providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills.
- Responsible for all forms of the lead generation process and research activity- Email campaigns-based research, LinkedIn research, events, seminars, referrals campaigns, and other forms of lead Generation.
- Responsible to provide intelligence on prospects and different Industries as and when required.
- The role expects to identify new customer details by going through customer web pages, different tools, financial reports, and collating information.
- Knowledge of different tools that can be effectively used for market research like #ZoomInfo/Apollo.io/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Lusha/CRM's etc is preferred.
- Provide data collection and develop dashboards of new customer contact details in a defined format.
- Develop inroads into prospective client organizations, generate collateral, document the information, research notes for these prospects, market intelligence, and Account intelligence.
- High level of attention to detail, including data accuracy and documentation /presentation preparation with high quality
- Solid experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
