Role Description
Nextyn is seeking a bright and motivated Strategy Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients with critical business decisions and developing high-impact strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across different industries, collaborating with senior leadership teams to solve complex challenges and drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals and challenges
- Conduct deep dives into market trends, competitor analysis, and industry dynamics
- Leverage analytical tools and frameworks to assess business performance and identify opportunities
- Develop data-driven recommendations and actionable strategies for growth, profitability, and market leadership
- Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., research, design) to ensure successful project execution
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in strategy consulting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a related field (3+ years)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred - preferably from a Tier 1 University (IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc)
