Job Title: Market Research Analyst
Location: Office-based (chennai)
Employment Type: Full-time
Notice Period: 30 days
CTC Package: INR 4.5 to 5 LPA (Fixed) + 25% Variable
Experience: 2-4 years
Educational & Certification Requirements:
Mandatory: B.E/B.Tech + MBA (Preferred specialization in market research, consulting, marketing/strategy).
Certifications: Not mandatory but certifications in market research or BI tools will be considered a plus.
Mandatory Skills:
. Quantitative Market Research
.Qualitative Market Research
.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or any BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
.Business acumen and storytelling with data
Key Skills and Competencies:
. Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
. Proficiency in articulating data-driven stories and business insights.
. Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools for data presentation and analysis.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Self-starter with a proactive approach to research and problem-solving.
