Ambian Strategy, a leading UI/UX service-based organization, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing Research Team as Intern - Market Research Analyst. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will contribute to the end-to-end market research process, ensuring the acquisition of accurate and valuable data to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Account Profiling:
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io to identify and profile prospective accounts.
Extract key data points, including industry, sub-industry, revenue, company headcount, location, and region.
Contact Profiling:
Identify and profile business-buying decision-makers through internet research.
Gather essential information such as phone numbers, email IDs, titles, and profiles details, location, company names, interests, and backgrounds.
Data Management and Quality Assurance:
Handle large volumes of unstructured and structured marketing databases to maintain data accuracy.
Conduct regular data checks and cleansing to ensure high-quality information.
Collect and populate accurate information for missing fields using secondary research and data mining, and profile techniques.
CRM Tool Handling (Freshworks):
Possess a detailed understanding and experience working with Freshworks or a similar CRM tool.
Conduct quality checks for data and information collected by the team before uploading.
Prepare reports to ensure all data is correctly mapped and accurate.
Competitor Intelligence:
Gather, analyze and utilize information on competitors, customers, and market factors to contribute to the business strategy.
Qualifications
MBA Marketing, BE or BCA
Understanding of IT products and services
Note: Training will be provided. This is a Temporary Position
