Lead Nurturing:
1. Qualify and nurture leads generated through various channels.
2. Beat Plan Execution & Reporting: Develop and execute effective beat plans for designated territories. Conduct face-to-face meetings with leads, understand their agricultural challenges, and present Fasal's solutions and submit daily reports.
3. BTL Activation & Lead Generation: Plan and execute Samvaad, Sampark & Trade Show activities as per assigned schedules. These activities may involve product demonstrations, farmer training sessions, or field visits. Proactively identify and gather leads whenever needed by utilizing various techniques like market research & attending agricultural events.
4. Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising: Conduct recces (reconnaissance) to identify suitable locations for OOH advertising placements that effectively reach the target audience.
5. Fasal preneur Meetups: If applicable, participate in Fasal preneur meetups, a platform for interaction with our network of farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs.
6. Lead Response Time: Strive to reduce the turnaround time (TAT) for responding to offline leads, ensuring prompt communication and a positive customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with farmers and agricultural professionals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Willingness to travel for beat plan execution and events (if applicable).
A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler may be preferred
