We are looking for a Marine Recruitment Officer (Sourcing of Officers) for the Fleet Personnel Department with relevant experience in the Shipping Industry
Brief Job Responsibilities are given below
- Arranging completion of Application Forms / CVs, references, necessary documentation to join respective vessel.
- Performing Job Interviews.
- Coordinating with Planners for placements as per the vacancies.
- Verification of STCW documentation.
- COE related documentation along with arranging requisite IML course preparations.
- Efforts to make the retention of recruited ranks.
- Efforts to make a cadre of all Ranks with excellent Appraisals.
