Marcomms and Design Associate (Based in Delhi) - Mapped

Job summary:

As the Marcomms and Design Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, managing our digital and traditional marketing channels, and communicating our vision across diverse markets. You will have the autonomy to design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, ensuring cohesive and engaging visual storytelling. The candidate we are looking for is creative, detail oriented, and proactive with a passion for design and building brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity:

1. Create client decks and presentations to support marketing and relationship-building efforts.
2. Develop designs for internal branding, charity engagement initiatives, and social media posts.

Marketing & Communications:

1. Write and publish industry specific articles and employment reports about 4 times per year.
2. Manage and optimise our social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) presence and engagement.
3. Develop marketing plans and create engaging content for LinkedIn.
4. Analyse SEO optimisation (performance metrics and engagement) to boost marketing effectiveness.

Event Planning & Coordination:

1. Organize client events to enhance engagement and collaboration.
2. Plan and execute internal events, including team bonding.
3. Coordinate charity engagement initiatives that align with our missions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is highly valued.
3. Strong and stable tenure (minimally 2.5 years) is preferred.
4. A strong design portfolio demonstrating skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is required.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing software, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook), as well as graphic design tools like Canva.
6. Experience in video editing is a plus.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience in event coordination and management.
8. A proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
